How the days have changed

My fresher son was to send a hand written application for employment, as per the NEWS paper advertisement. Before he could start writing on plain paper, I suggested that he writes the application on computer and then only undertakes the handwriting operation with utmost care.Whatever changes and corrections arise, he may carry out in digital format much easily.
Memories of the not so very old days came back, when all corrections were done on hand written copies, before submitting the drafts to the wizard behind the type-writer, hammering the key-board at lightning speed.with occasional accusing glances to the customers for his typing mistakes.
The skill of on spot accurate retyping over the applied correction fluid was a thing of customer's amazement.
